Note : 1) The decisions below were made at the Annual General Meeting and Steering Committee (SC) of ADA in Busan on 24 Jan. 2018, but some decisions (e.g. SC member from NFN, Focal Point among Co-conveners, Supervision of the Seoul Admin. Office, etc.) were revised after the follow-up communications with the member organizations concerned.
The delegates of the ADA AGMN,
Legal registration, Fical Agency and Secretariat
1. Re-Affirm the legal registration of ADA Seoul Administrative Office in Seoul, Korea with its own bank account as a liaison office with Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA) on financial and grant-related administrative matters under the supervision of KCOC, Steering Committee (SC) member of ADA and Anselmo Lee, Senior Advisor,
2. Reaffirm the Code-NGO as fiscal agency for the IPF projects for 2018-2019,
3. Reaffirm Jyotsna Mohan as a full-time Regional Coordinator for ADA for 2018-2019,
Governance and Membership
4. Confirm that Harsh Jaitli, Roselle Rasay and Anselmo LEE complete their mandate as Co-Conveners and SC after serving two terms (2014-2015, 2016-2017)
5. Confirm that two SC members, VANI (India) and Code-NGO (Philippines) have completed their two terms and step down from the SC members,
6. Confirm that JANIC (Japan) continue to work as SC member for the purpose of developing partnership with Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA),
7. Elect the following 6 SC member organizations for 2018-2019, 2 member organizations per each of three sub-region (South Asia, South East Asia and North East Asia) ; PDA (Pakistan) and NFN (Nepal) for South Asia, INFID (Indonesia) and CCC (Cambodia) for Southeast Asia, and KCOC (Korea) and JANIC (Japan) for North East Asia.
8. Recognize the following 6 persons as SC members subject to the confirmation of each SC member organization; Zia Ur Rehman (PDA), Gopal Lamsal (NFN), Saroeun SOEUNG(CCC), Sugeng Bahagijo (INFID), Hyungbong Yoon (KCOC) and Hideki Wakabayashi (JANIC)
9. Reaffirm that Gopal Lamsal (NFN), Saroeun Soeung (CCC- Cambodia) and Hideki Wakabayashi (JANIC -Japan) were appointed as three Co-conveners among 6 SC members representing each of three sub-region,
10. Welcome Anselmo LEE and Harsh Jaitli, former and founding Co-Conveners of ADA as the Senior Advisors to ADA,

Membership and Terms of Reference (ToR)
11. Request SC members to revise the ADA Terms of Reference (ToR) for 2018-2019 in accordance with the discussions and decisions of the ADA AGM on 24 Jan. 2018 including membership criteria and procedure, identity, governance structure, etc.
12. Request SC members to include Central Asia to be geographical scope of ADA for 2018-2019 and make efforts to reach out to new potential members from Central Asia,
13. Request SC members to review the membership status of all existing member organizations and new membership applications from Bhutan and Maldives in accordance with the new ToR,
14. Re-affirm the Working Group on G20 among mainly ADA members and partners from China, Japan, India, Indonesia, South Korea and Singapore with JANIC as Chair to prepare for G20 Summit in Japan in 2019 with Katsuji as the focal point.

17. Request the ADA Secretariat to submit a project proposal to KOICA for funding support in close cooperation with KCOC, SC member from Korea.
